Job summary

Wewoka Animal Hospital is seeking a Mixed Animal Veterinarian to join our team in Oklahoma. You’ll care for companion animals, horses, and livestock, with occasional exotics, in a community with big-city standards and small-town roots.

Compensation includes ProSal with total earnings up to $140,000, plus a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Schedule is full-time (3-4 days/week, rotating Saturdays) and benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, PTO, CE allowance and more.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college.
• Active Oklahoma veterinary license in good standing.
• Current DEA and OK BNDD License (or ability to obtain).
• Mixed animal experience or an interest in and willingness to work with both small and large animals.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personalized care to companion animals, equine patients, livestock, and occasional exotics.
• Develop and manage a diverse mixed animal caseload based on interests.
• Collaborate with the team, mentor staff where needed, and pursue ongoing professional development.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Total earning potential is up to YOU – up to $140,000 (ProSal)
• Sign-on Bonus and/or relocation assistance available
• Schedule: full-time (3-4 days per week including rotating Saturdays)

Hours of Operation:

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
• Sunday: Closed
