The Animal Hospital of Billings is looking for a part time or full time associate veterinarian to add to our practice. We are a small animal, 2 1/2 doctor practice in the heart of Big Sky country. We are a full service hospital that was founded in 1975, in 2012 we expanded into a 7000 sq foot building and we have been growing rapidly ever since! At The Animal Hospital we pride ourselves on exceptional care and customer service. We provide full surgical and dental service including orthopedic care, as well as emergency services. We work hard to ensure that our patients and clients receive outstanding and compassionate care. The team at The Animal Hospital strives to bring the best in customer service and care through education and continuous improvement in medicine and equipment.
Billings and the surrounding area holds many outdoor activities. We have 3 great ski resorts; Red Lodge (62 miles), Big Sky (180 miles), and Showdown (175 miles). There is also ample hiking and camping in Big Sky country. Not to mention we are only 4 hours from one of the best National Parks, Yellowstone. Billings also boasts a Zoo as well as several museums. As the largest city in Montana, Billings has twice graced the Best Places to Live index and is known for its, growing medical sector, spectacular natural attractions and affordable housing.
For the fishing enthusiast, Billings is located in the middle of many great fly fishing rivers, including the Yellowstone and Big Horn River. There are many outdoor activities to be had!
In addition to the responsibilities outlined below the associate veterinarian is an invaluable member of the hospital team who works directly with hospital management and support staff. This individual advances the quality of care in the practice and provides long term service to patients and clients.
