Job summary

Sploot is seeking a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine to join our urgent care and general practice team in Utah. This flexible role offers a 3–4 day workweek with 10–12 hour shifts and no overnights, backed by a fully staffed nursing team and strong pre-visit triage.

You'll balance urgent care and wellness cases, collaborate with Medical Directors, and benefit from a ProSal model, sign-on/relocation bonuses, generous CE, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High-quality veterinary care with supported team and triage processes.
• Strong mentorship and collaborative clinical discussions with Medical Directors.
• Experience or interest in surgeries and dentals is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care and general practice veterinary services to patients in Utah.
• Perform exams, diagnostics, and treatment plans within a 45-minute appointment framework.
• Collaborate with a nursing team and undergo ongoing professional development.
• Participate in a ProSal model and contribute to wellness and preventive care.
