Sploot Veterinary Care in Colorado Springs is seeking an enthusiastic veterinarian for urgent care and general practice.

This role offers a flexible 3–4 day workweek with 10–12 hour shifts and no overnights, featuring 45-minute appointments, strong pre-visit triage, and a fully staffed nursing team to support patient care.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Colorado.
• 1+ year of experience preferred with mentorship available.
• Comfortable asking questions and growing your skills; interest in surgeries and dentals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care and general practice with 45-minute appointments.
• Collaborate with a staffed nursing team and Medical Directors for consults.
• Perform surgeries and dentals as needed and engage in ongoing professional development.
