Ruskin Animal Hospital is hiring a dedicated Veterinarian to join our busy small animal general practice just south of Tampa. We offer a supportive team, a remodeled lobby, and a strong focus on patient care and client service.

The practice features an in-house pharmacy, a regional Cat Thyroid Center with I-131, digital imaging, and a collaborative environment with opportunities for CE and advancement while maintaining a predictable schedule including a 4-day work week and no Sunday emergencies.

Qualifications

DVM degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
State licensure in good standing to practice veterinary medicine.
Minimum 1 year of clinical veterinary experience.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality medical care for small animals.
Collaborate with team on diagnostics, treatment plans, and client communication.

Skills and Basic Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience working as a veterinarian.
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university
Licensure in good standing to practice in the state in which the applicant is to be employed
Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
Paid ultrasound CE during the first year of employment
