Job summary

Oley Valley Animal Clinic in Oley, PA is seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our team. Our clinic provides preventive wellness, vaccinations, surgery, dentistry, nutrition counseling, ultrasound testing, and more in a modern, fully equipped facility.

You'll work with companion animals and their owners alongside a supportive team, delivering high-quality medical care and building strong client relationships in a community-focused practice that has served the area since 1970.

Qualifications

• DVM degree or equivalent required
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Pennsylvania (or applying)
• Experience with companion animals preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for companion animals within a modern, fully equipped facility.
• Perform and assist in surgeries and dental procedures as needed.
• Conduct wellness exams, vaccinations, and preventative care; offer nutrition counseling and ultrasound when indicated.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners to explain treatment plans and options; build strong client relationships.

Compensation

• Base salary of $120,000–$150,000 (dependent on experience)
• Production-based bonuses
• Generous signing bonus
