The role includes a base salary of $130,000–$160,000 with a signing bonus up to $30,000 and relocation assistance. Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from AVMA-accredited institution and licensed in Arizona.
• Comfortable with general medicine; interest in urgent care is a plus.
• Confident in dentistry, soft tissue surgery and internal medicine; willing to grow.

About Our Hospital

• AAHA-accredited (only one within a 90-mile radius)
• 5,000 sq. ft. hospital with room to practice comfortably
• 4 exam rooms + dedicated compassion room
• Double surgery suite + full in-house lab
• Ultrasound, laser therapy, cautery
• No boarding or grooming
• Strong support team with a 2:1 tech-to-doctor ratio (3:1 when solo)

What We’re Looking For
