Heron Creek Animal Hospital in Sarasota, FL is seeking a veterinarian to join our collaborative, Fear-Free team. Since 2006, we've built a reputation for combining modern medicine with genuine and compassionate care for pets.
We are a 3-doctor practice with a 2:1 tech ratio, offering ultrasound, EKG, dentistry, acupuncture and more. We operate a 4-day work week, rotate Saturdays, and provide mentorship, sign-on/relocation bonuses, full benefits, and generous PTO.

Join Our Growing Team at Heron Creek Animal Hospital. We're looking for a veterinarian to join our collaborative, Fear-Free team near Sarasota, FL. Since 2006, we've built a reputation for combining modern medicine with genuine and compassionate care for pets.
- 3-doctor practice, 2:1 tech ratio
- Full diagnostic and treatment capabilities: ultrasound, EKG, dentistry, acupuncture & more
- Primarily dog and cat with some small pocket pets; but there is opportunity for exotics and reptiles per individual doctor's preference
- 4 day work week. Closed Sundays, rotating Saturdays for real work-life balance
- AAHA-accredited, fear‑free, with a strong culture of CE and mentorship
- Veterinarians at any career stage, new grads are welcome and well-supported!

- $110K–$160K base salary (DoE) + production bonus
