Job summary

URvet Care in New York is seeking exceptional Emergency Veterinarians to join our growing network and grow with us. You’ll manage high-acuity emergency and critical care cases alongside a supportive team, with clear ownership of your cases.

We offer a base salary of $150,000–$240,000 plus production, three 12-hour shifts per week, and comprehensive benefits. Opportunities across Midtown Manhattan and future sites in Englewood, NJ await.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree and appropriate state licensure.
• Emergency or urgent care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical decision making and communication under pressure.
• Willingness to work three 12-hour shifts per week.

Responsibilities

At URvet Care, we believe great doctors should have the resources, support and clinical freedom to practice great medicine. Our teams manage high-acuity emergency and critical care cases, complex hospitalized patients and emergency surgical cases.

Depending on location, our advanced capabilities include CT, ultrasound, digital radiography, STAT in-house diagnostics, ICU and critical care, overnight hospitalization, emergency surgery and specialty collaboration.

EXPERIENCE

Emergency or urgent care experience is preferred, but strong veterinarians who are serious about building their careers in emergency medicine are encouraged to reach out.
