$200,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

InstaVet Urgent Care is a modern animal hospital located in New York, NY, serving pet parents in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, and beyond. Our central location in Long Island City specializes in emergency medicine, advanced surgery, and urgent care with the goal of making veterinary care more affordable, accessible, and convenient for all.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role (3 Day Work Week / 12 hour shifts, 36 hours) for an Associate Veterinarian at InstaVet Urgent Care in New York, NY. The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing high-quality veterinary care to pets, diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing surgeries, and educating pet owners on best care practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care
  • Knowledge of Vetspire or similar cloud based veterinary software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree with a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience
  • Current New York State veterinary license
