Cascade Animal Clinic in Monroe, WA is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our growing practice. We offer a progressive, paper-lite environment with a 4-day rotation, allowing a 3-day weekend most weeks, and strong community ties.

Compensation includes a guaranteed salary starting at $120,000 with a 20% monthly production bonus, a $20,000 sign-on, relocation assistance, and annual CE support of $3,000 plus an extra CE week. Full benefits and 401(k) with 3% match are provided.

Qualifications

• Experienced associate veterinarian qualification required.
• Ability to provide high-quality wellness care, vaccinations and medicine.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of veterinary services including wellness, vaccinations, internal medicine and dentistry.
• Perform soft tissue surgeries when needed and guide care plans for cases.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and client communication.

We understand the importance of work/life balance and therefore work diligently to accommodate everyone’s schedule. Our doctors typically work a 4-day rotation which allows for a 3-day weekend almost every other week - great for hobbyists to get to shows or take those well-deserved ski trips and enjoy weekend outings.

The Deal:

• Guaranteed Salary = starting at $120,000 (depends on experience)
• Production Bonuses Monthly= 20%
