Job summary

Animal Alliance of Galveston County is hiring a full-time veterinarian (~32 hours/week) to join our team of experienced doctors in a large, new facility.

We offer a four-day work week with no on-call or weekend emergencies, mentorship for new graduates, a competitive salary based on experience, health and life insurance, short-term disability, liability coverage, ample PTO, and generous CE support including a $4,000 CE allowance and 3 paid CE days.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and valid veterinary license in the United States.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Willingness to mentor and support junior doctors.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventive care in a multi-doctor practice.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate clients on wellness, vaccines, and nutrition.
