We are working on behalf of a privately owned, family-operated urgent care and wellness hospital in Kirkland, WA that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its 3-doctor team.

This is a hybrid practice that blends same-day urgent care with the continuity and client relationships of a traditional family practice. That means a genuinely varied caseload of urgent care, wellness, internal medicine, surgery, and emergency cases, and the chance to follow your patients from diagnosis through recovery. The doctors here bring extensive emergency and surgical backgrounds and love to teach, which makes this a great place to sharpen your urgent care and surgical skills, whether you are an experienced DVM or still building confidence in those areas.

The hospital is modern and well equipped, with advanced diagnostics, digital imaging, a dedicated surgical suite, and comprehensive monitoring, plus strong relationships with local specialty and referral hospitals for when a case needs to go further. The schedule is a full-time 30-hour week, with shifts that start at 11am, so no early alarms. About You

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
• You hold, or are eligible for, licensure in Washington

• Collaborative team player who enjoys a varied, fast-moving day
• Competitive base salary plus production opportunities between $135,000-$155,000
