Bayview Animal Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, part of National Veterinary Associates, seeks a passionate veterinarian to join our growing, close-knit team. We’re a two-doctor practice expanding to three with a strong support staff and modern facilities near the Atlantic coast.

We offer a 4–4.5 day workweek (8am–1pm alternating weekends), no on-call emergencies, and ongoing professional development through our PetOne Veterinary Training Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide wellness and preventative care.
• Perform soft tissue and orthopedic surgery.
• Support labor and delivery and other services.
• Collaborate with specialty services on-site.

We're located just outside Lauderdale-By-The-Sea — a mile from the Atlantic coast — and have been trusted by our community for over 50 years. Our 6,200 sq. ft. state-of-the‑art facility keeps expanding, with more upgrades on the way. We're 8 miles from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and 30 miles from Miami, so the beach, the city, and the airport are all within easy reach.

Compensation

• Quarterly production payout, 21%+
• Reimbursement for DEA, licensure, and veterinary membership dues
