Job summary

Hometown Veterinary Partners seeks a Lead Veterinarian to open and lead a brand-new hospital in City, State. You will mentor associate doctors and support staff, guide medical protocols, and partner closely with hospital leadership to shape culture and clinical standards.

You will build relationships with clients and the local community while delivering exceptional small-animal care and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. This role offers leadership growth and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities
