Ohana Veterinary Care in Bristow, VA is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our family. We are a fast-growing, 3-doctor, small animal GP practice focused on fear-free care and client communication.

We offer sign-on and retention bonuses, mentorship, and a balanced schedule: four 10-hour shifts per week, no on-call, no weekends, and 90-minute lunches with 30-minute breaks. Our team values work‑life balance and high‑quality patient care.

Ohana Veterinary Care is a fast-growing, full-service hospital offering state-of-the-art care for our patients. We are a 3-doctor, small animal, GP practice with a great clientele. We take pride in keeping up with changing medical techniques and advances in veterinary medicine. We focus on being as stress-free as possible for all, focusing on client communication, adoption of many feline-friendly and fear-free protocols, and pain management. We are seeking someone just as passionate about culture and medicine to join our family.

About the Hospital:

• Ultrasound
• Laser therapy
• Full in-house IDEXX lab equipment
• 4 exam rooms (dog/cat designated)
• Dedicated surgery suite & dental suite
• Digital radiography (including digital dental rads)
• Large treatment area with 3 tables (2 tables are wet tables with oxygen)

Work-Life Balance
