Southwest Veterinary Hospital in Bakersfield is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our four-doctor team and provide exceptional medical care in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

We offer a modern facility with digital radiography, ultrasound, digital dental imaging, high-speed dental equipment and an in-house Idexx laboratory. Competitive base salary up to $120,000-$160,000 with production incentives, plus sign-on/relocation up to $40,000 and comprehensive benefits.

• Graduate from an AVMA-accredited college or successful completion of ECFVG/PAVE certification program.
• Interest in collaborative environment with surgical mentorship and learning culture.
