Responsibilities

• Manages a caseload and provides services for individuals and their families.
• Evaluates needs and counsels clients; arranges for treatment or services.
• Interviews clients in office or home visits; documents data for eligibility.
• Develops and plans casework services for individuals with specialized problems.
• Participates on a psychiatric team to support treatment plans.
