Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a part-time Residential Support Specialist to provide essential services for veterans. This role involves supportive counseling, monitoring the safety of residents, and ensuring compliance with health standards. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's degree in Mental Health or equivalent experience, with a passion for serving those who have served our country.

Working hours are from Tuesday to Saturday, with a total of 32 hours per week. We value candidates from all backgrounds and encourage diverse applicants to join us.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in Mental Health or related discipline.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Experience working with veterans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive counseling to veterans in need of crisis intervention.
• Monitors veterans in upkeep of the residence.
• Documents service delivery and maintains clinical documentation.
