Job summary

Primary Care Solutions is seeking a MD/DO to provide direct clinical care to veterans enrolled in the clinic and to oversee clinical care delivery. You will support care coordination, ensure high-quality outcomes, and work closely with VA partners in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires an active state license and DEA, board certification in family practice or internal medicine, and CPRS/VISTA experience.

Qualifications

• Active state license and DEA in state of practice.
• 2 years of clinical medical practice in primary care preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS certification (to be renewed annually).

Responsibilities

• Primarily a direct clinical care role, diagnosis, and treatment of veterans
• Oversee the clinical care given to veterans enrolled in the clinic
• Medical resource for care delivery
• Achieve and maintain excellent clinical outcomes through periodic chart reviews, direct observation, and by abiding by VA guidelines
• Develop and maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with VA partners
• Support patient enrollment and retention by providing guidance on scheduling and follow-up visits
