THE JOBThe Veterans Peer Support Specialist provides compassionate, non-clinical support to veterans and their families through our suicide prevention program. Drawing on lived experience with mental health challenges or recovery, this role builds trusting relationships, offers encouragement and one-on-one peer support, and connects individuals with VA services, community resources, and care.
