• Licensure - active, full, current and unrestricted as a Graduate LPN/LVN in US or DC.
• English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vital signs, health factors, and clinical reminders.
• Administer medications and immunizations per VA policy.
• Monitor chronic disease indicators (e.g., diabetes, hypertension).
• Assist with telehealth visits and remote monitoring as assigned.
• Document care in CPRS/Cerner Millennium per VA standards.
• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies.
