HMR Veteran's Services in Pell City, Alabama is seeking a Dietary Aide/Cook to prepare meals for Veteran residents and assist with special events. The role emphasizes high-quality food service, attention to individual dietary needs, and maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards within the Dietary Services Department.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, knowledge of food preparation and sanitation, and preferably one year of cooking experience in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The Nursing Home Cook prepares meals for our Veteran residents that meet their individual needs and also prepares meals for events as needed.
• Maintain the highest quality of prepared food items, provide excellent service to Veteran residents, and ensure safety and sanitation of the Dietary Services Department.
