Qualifications

• Board Certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or American Board of Family Medicine.
• Experience in Geriatrics, preferably with a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Review patient assessments and develop care plans for CLC residents.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Community Living Center.
• Collaborate with health care providers and specialists.

Skills

Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Experience in Geriatrics

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Education
