You will partner with local employers, conduct outreach, assess readiness, and connect veterans to services while traveling up to 30% as needed to serve the program's goals. The role emphasizes empowerment and collaboration with community partners to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in social services or related field; crisis-capability preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intensive employment and supportive services to veterans.
• Partner with local employers and community partners to create opportunities.
• Assess readiness, address barriers, and refer to services as needed.
• Travel up to 30% within a 7-county area.
