Pro Med Healthcare Services seeks a Psychologist or Psychiatrist to conduct one-time, non-treatment C&P disability evaluations for U.S. Veterans in Beckley, WV. The role is in-person with telehealth options, and entails documenting findings electronically for VA disability determinations.

The position requires licensed professionals with APA-aligned training, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid schedule (office-based 3 days and telehealth 2 days).

Competenze

• Licensed psychologist or psychiatrist in at least one U.S. state.
• Psychiatrists or Neurologists must be board certified or have completed a 2-year residency with the relevant specialty.
• Psychologists must have a PhD or PsyD in Psychology with adult-focused specialization (Clinical/Counseling/School).
• PhD/PsyD must be from an APA-accredited program.
• Proficiency with computers including MS Office and EMR platforms.

Mansioni

• Read orders and review medical history and service records for accuracy.
• Complete DBQs and Medical Opinions through EMR and submit to VA with documentation.
• Explain exam process to the veteran and confirm claimed conditions.
• Complete the chart and submit the exam within 24–48 hours after exam.
• Provide in-person and telehealth exams as needed while maintaining professional standards.
• Administer and interpret psychological testing as needed.
