Qualifications

• Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• Must obtain RN licensure within one year if holding a temporary practice permit.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate resident health services.
• Administer medications and monitor proper documentation by qualified personnel.
• Observe resident conditions, record daily care, and report changes to appropriate staff.
• Guide subordinates, evaluate performance, and assist with training and workflow planning.
• Complete assessments, assist with admissions, and share updates with incoming nursing staff.
• Follow facility safety rules and report hazards or incidents to the supervisor.
