Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking licensed or pre-licensed therapists to provide evidence-based care in Grapevine, TX. You will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain a robust caseload while delivering client-centered therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field (from an accredited institution).
• Pre-licensed candidates: LPC-Associates, LMSW, LMFT-Associates.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience and be within 6 months of full licensure.
• Fully licensed candidates: LPC, LCSW, LMFT (with or without an existing caseload).
• 1-2 years of experience working with veterans and/or first responders.
• Training in trauma-focused interventions (basic + advanced), such as EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT, ART.
• Ability to develop and deliver clinical services tailored to military and first responder populations.
• Advanced trauma training (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions/week (for full-time clinicians).
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services.
• Complete documentation according to company standards.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers and supports.
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and required trainings.

Required Degrees & Licensure

• Ability to develop and deliver clinical services tailored to military and first responder populations, including families and spouses

Preferred Certifications / Experience

• Advanced trauma training


• Experience treating PTSD and crisis response


• Additional evidence-based training (CPT, EMDR, TF-CBT, ART)


• Military Cultural Competency coursework (completed or willingness to complete)
