Guidehouse is offering a DoW/HOH SkillBridge fellowship with opportunities to work onsite at client locations across the United States. The program welcomes veterans within 180 days of separation and requires an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and command approval to participate.

The fellowship emphasizes strategy consulting, project management, and team collaboration, with exposure to senior leadership and transformational projects in finance, defense, and related sectors.

Qualifications

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (required).
• Within 180 days of separation or retirement from any U.S. Armed Forces.
• Command approval to participate in a direct DoW SkillBridge program or HOH SkillBridge program.
• Ability to work onsite in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office location.
• No 100% remote opportunities at this time.
• Ethics brief within the last 12 months.
• On track to receive an Honorable Discharge.

Responsibilities

• Manage/participate with teams and/or projects, lead business interactions.
• Identify opportunities and business needs, communicate value proposition.
• Prepare and coordinate complex written presentation materials.
• Develop solutions using strategy, operations and management insights in the finance domain.
• Utilize experience to help set and achieve long term goals.
• Perform accurate analysis and design effective solutions to issues.
• Create strategies and blueprints that use machine learning to improve operations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Evaluate and improve business processes and systems.
