Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a SkillBridge Fellow to join a team delivering defense and security consulting services. The role includes real client work, collaboration with senior leaders, and opportunities to develop strategy, operations, and finance expertise.

You must be within 180 days of military separation and hold an active SECRET clearance. Some roles require on-site work at Guidehouse offices or client sites.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET DoD clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have command approval to participate in direct DoW SkillBridge or HOH SkillBridge program.

Responsibilities

• Staff fellows on real world projects and deliverables.
• Lead teams and manage business interactions.
• Develop solutions based on strategy, operations and management within finance.
• Create presentation-quality deliverables for leadership.
• Interact with senior management to enhance skills and client service.
