Description & Requirements Maximus is currently hiring for Veteran Liaison Logistics Coordinators to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team.

This is a remote opportunity.

The Veteran Liaison Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with transportation vendors to process veteran transportation requests and is the point of contact for incoming calls & e-mails concerning transportation requests. - Due to contract requirements, only US Citizen or a Green Card holder can be considered for this opportunity. - For positions on this contract, Maximus will pay the prevailing wage rate for the location in which the employee is working, as determined by the Department of Labor.

That wage rate will vary depending on locality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Point of contact for incoming calls and e-mail inquiries for all transportation requests. - Coordinate with contracted and non-contracted transportation vendors to process domestic Veteran transportation requests. - Initiate and submit SMOT requests for transportation to VA for approval per VES protocol and VA guidelines. - Maintain and update various Excel spreadsheets of Logistics Department statistical data daily. - Perform all general administrative duties as assigned. will provide all necessary computer equipment that is to be utilized to fulfil the duties of your role.
