SI Professional Search LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Distribution Center, focused on hiring separating military officers into a Leadership Development Program. The role directs receipt, storage, and shipment operations and oversees staffing, coaching, and performance management.

The position includes a 3-year leadership track with rotations across DC, Demand Planning, and Procurement, and a strong focus on developing leaders with promotions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in DC or warehouse environment.
• Experience in hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage staffing schedules to meet operational demands.
• Oversee KPI development and monitoring for distribution center operations.
• Coordinate with IT, Maintenance, Security, HR and Inventory teams for day-to-day flow.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment per FSMA and OSHA.
