Qualifications

• Basic math and ability to read a tape measure with accuracy.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills to support workflow and documentation.
• Familiar with common paint tools and their proper use.
• Understanding and applying measurements accurately throughout the job.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints for special paint applications and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Paint full truck bodies, chassis, cab, trailer, or tractor with versatile finishes.
• Operate cup gun, pressure pot, plural system, and airless sprayer.
• Apply varied colors and finishes with precision and consistency.
• Read blueprints and work orders to ensure prep-to-finish accuracy.
• Set up and maintain paint tools, performing routine maintenance.
• Handle hazardous waste safely and conduct safety checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace in compliance with safety policies.
