ERS Elite is seeking a Diesel Technician exclusively for U.S. Military Veterans with an Honorable Discharge. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles using military-grade discipline and manuals.

Responsibilities include engine maintenance, troubleshooting, rebuilds, and accurate record-keeping. A valid license helps; CDL is a plus. We offer a veteran-friendly environment with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Military Veteran with an Honorable Discharge (documentation required).
• Proven experience working on diesel engines during military service (tanks, tactical vehicles, generators, trucks).
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and bulletins.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Conduct engine rebuilds, component overhauls, and part replacements with precision.
• Interpret work orders and technical documentation to determine repair procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure documentation complies with standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and readiness.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding job status and repair needs.
