Job summary

ERS Elite seeks a Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles. This role is exclusive to U.S. Military Veterans with an Honorable Discharge and offers opportunities that leverage military training and discipline.

The candidate will perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance while documenting work and adhering to safety procedures. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manuals are essential. A CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Veteran with honorable discharge and verifiable service.
• Experience working on diesel engines in military vehicles.
• Ability to read service manuals, schematics and bulletins.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Conduct engine rebuilds and part replacements with precision.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient workflow and readiness.
