Job summary

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required for direct patient care.
• RN must graduate from an approved nursing program with licensure eligibility.
• Foreign nursing education requires degree equivalency validation when applicable.
• Current, full, active nursing license in any U.S. state/territory or D.C.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate Veteran care.
• Coordinate care across the continuum and with community providers.
• Triaging and directing timely, coordinated care for Veterans in the community.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure高-quality care and patient education.
