VA Eastern Oklahoma Health Care System is seeking a Social Worker for the Mental Health inpatient unit to manage, coordinate, and provide social work services. Candidates must meet basic requirements and be eligible for licensure to practice at the MSW level.

Experience in inpatient psychiatric settings is preferred; knowledge of veteran-specific issues and care coordination with families and community resources is essential.

Formación

• Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in state to independently practice social work at MSW level (GS-9) or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, coordinate and provide social work services on the inpatient psychiatric unit.
• Coordinate care with treatment teams and community agencies.
• Assist with discharge planning and referrals as needed.
