Job summary

Sentinel Health Services is seeking a clinician to perform Compensation and Pension examinations for veterans. You will conduct C&P TBIs and other disability assessments, review digital records, and document findings for VA review.

The role offers a flexible, contract arrangement with exams conducted at approved facilities; own office and malpractice/liability coverage required. Applicants should reside within proposed service areas and be prepared for a schedule that fits the veteran population.

Qualifications

• Must have clinical experience in PM&R or related fields.
• Experience performing Compensation & Pension examinations is preferred.
• Knowledge of VA/DoD exam processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Compensation and Pension Examinations on Veterans.
• Conduct a C&P Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) residuals examination.
• Complete a thorough review of digital medical records.
• Conduct a physical assessment based on disability claims.
• Submit information via online portal for VA review.
• Exams conducted at approved facilities with provided equipment.
