Job summary

A military-focused apprenticeship program is offering an opportunity for skilled military Veterans to start a fulfilling career as a Kia Certified Service Technician. Candidates will receive full-time employment with a participating Kia Retailer through a GI Bill approved apprenticeship. This program provides extensive training, access to needed tools, and the potential for a substantial housing allowance during training. Applicants must have an honorable discharge and relevant technical experience.

Qualifications

• Honorable Discharge from military service.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a technical/mechanical field required.
• Willingness to complete and pass drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles including various components.
• Complete repair and warranty request orders following policies.
• Test drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools for repairs.
• Perform services and communicate effectively for customer satisfaction.
