Job summary

A veteran-focused automotive technician program is seeking candidates for Military Veteran Automotive Technician roles. This full-time position allows skilled veterans to become Kia Certified Service Technicians through a one-year GI Bill approved apprenticeship. Ideal candidates should have a clean driving record and experience in technical/mechanical fields, along with an honorable discharge. Substantial support and benefits are provided during the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Honorable Discharge required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a technical/mechanical field is required.
• Must pass drug screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Kia vehicles including engine, transmission, and more.
• Complete repair orders following Kia policies and procedures.
• Test drive vehicles for diagnosis and repair.
• Communicate effectively with the shop foreman and service advisor.
