An automotive apprenticeship program for Veterans is seeking applicants for a full-time role as a Kia Certified Service Technician. This position offers a one-year competency-based apprenticeship approved by the GI Bill, access to tools and training, and the opportunity for Veterans to earn Kia Service Technician certification. Ideal candidates should have a technical background, a valid driver's license, and willingness to undergo background checks. This program is designed specifically for Veterans, facilitated by fellow Veterans.

Qualifications

• Honorable discharge from military service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a technical/mechanical field is required.
• Willingness to complete a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles.
• Complete repair and warranty request orders.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs using Kia tools.
• Communicate effectively with shop foreman and service advisor.
