Job summary

A national automotive apprenticeship program is seeking military Veterans for full-time positions as Kia Certified Service Technicians. Candidates will diagnose and repair Kia vehicles using advanced tools and diagnostic techniques. Qualifications include an Honorable Discharge, a valid Driver's License, and technical experience. This one-year apprenticeship provides access to necessary tools and training, and eligible participants may receive a GI Bill Monthly Housing Allowance during their training.

Qualifications

• Honorable Discharge is required for military Veterans.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Experience in a technical or mechanical field is necessary.
• Willingness to complete and pass drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles.
• Complete repair and warranty request orders.
• Test drive vehicles and analyze issues using diagnostic strategies.
• Communicate with shop foreman and service advisor to enhance customer experience.
