Job summary

Simple Steps, LLC is seeking a Therapeutic Art Facilitator to provide individualized art-based therapy for veterans in Conroe, TX. This in-home role is part-time with the potential to increase hours based on veteran needs.

The facilitator will document weekly progress, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure HIPAA-compliant care while delivering compassionate, client-centered sessions.

Qualifications

• ATR-BC Certification or ATR/ATR-P required.
• If not ATR-BC, LPC certification also required.
• Experience with Traumatic Brain Injury.
• Experience working with veterans.
• Experience working with mental health conditions.
• Experience working with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Travel to current or prospective clients' homes.
• Communicate with health care professionals, clients, families, and the public verbally and in writing.
• Maintain private laptop/desktop for HIPAA compliance.
• Track SMART goals and progress with weekly documentation (Word, Excel, Adobe Reader).
• Implement patient care plans through home and community activities.
• Work independently and manage time for client(s).
