There are two types of Vetco locations:

• Vetco Vaccination Clinics: Offer wellness exams, vaccinations, medications, heartworm testing, and microchips inside Petco stores. No surgeries or emergencies.
• Vetco Total Care Hospitals: Provide preventive care, diagnostics, outpatient surgeries, dental procedures, and more, with advanced equipment and on-site labs. No overnight or emergency on-call shifts.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine license in good standing.
• State-specific licensing to perform all shift functions, including blood draws and vaccinations.
• DEA license preferred for full-service hospital shifts.
• Professional Liability Insurance and license defense policy.
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal mandates.
