Job summary

Cleveland Park Animal Hospital in Simpsonville is seeking a Veterinary Technician, credentialed or non-credentialed, to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers a friendly working environment with a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Veterinary Technician (Credentialed or Non-Credentialed)

Schedule: Full-Time | Rotating Saturday (8:00 AM–2:00 PM)

Pay:Credentialed Veterinary Technician (RVT/LVT/CVT): $22–$27 per hour |(Non-Credentialed): $16–$22 per hour

What We're Looking For

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (RVT/LVT/CVT) and experienced non-credentialed veterinary technicians are encouraged to apply
• Entry-level candidates with hands-on veterinary experience are welcome
• Confident in anesthesia monitoring, surgical support, and patient care, or eager to learn and grow
• Dependable, adaptable, and calm under pressure
• A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working 10-hour shifts with rotating Saturday morning shifts
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality patient care and client service

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on support for veterinary care, including:
  • Animal restraint, preparing vaccines, filling medications, assisting with exams, and taking radiographs
  • Assisting with surgical procedures and dental cleanings
  • Monitoring anesthesia and patient vitals during procedures
  • Collecting and processing lab samples (blood, urine, fecal, etc.)
  • Assisting with client communication and ensuring accurate medical records and charges
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and patient care throughout the facility
• Support inventory management and equipment maintenance
• Contribute to a positive work culture through dependability, flexibility, and teamwork
