Responsabilités

• Assist during appointments, help gather patient histories, obtain vital signs, and support high-quality patient care.
• Build relationships with clients, helping them feel comfortable and confident in their pet's care.
• Explain treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and follow-up instructions clearly and compassionately.
• Prepare exam rooms, assist with patient handling and restraint, and maintain a clean workspace so appointments run smoothly.
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, assistants, and client service reps to deliver excellent patient experiences.
• Participate in clinical studies or research initiatives when available to expand veterinary knowledge.

What You'll Do

• Work side by side with our doctors: Assist during appointments, help gather patient histories, obtain vital signs, and support efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Build relationships with clients: Help clients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their pet's care.
• Provide client education: Explain treatment plans, medications, preventive care, follow-up instructions, and other recommendations in a clear and compassionate way.
• Support patient care: Prepare exam rooms, assist with patient handling and restraint, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help ensure appointments run smoothly.
• Be part of a diverse caseload: Gain exposure to general practice, urgent care, exotic species, and specialty or referral cases.
• Explore clinical research: Have the opportunity to participate in our clinical studies team, helping support research initiatives and expand your veterinary knowledge. Earn additional compensation!
• Collaborate with the entire team: Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, assistants, and client service representatives to provide an outstanding experience for every patient and client.
