BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital in Sandy Springs, GA, is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor who can motivate and train a team of veterinary professionals and advance patient care.

The ideal candidate will mentor staff, coach teammates to anticipate client needs, organize technician meetings, and develop performance improvement plans while partnering with hospital leadership. Advanced veterinary skills and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience training and mentoring veterinary staff.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Advanced veterinary skills and ability to lead a dynamic team.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
