The blended role includes assisting veterinary staff with patient care and supporting the front desk to ensure a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and technicians with handling and restraint of dogs and cats.
• Prepare patients and treatment areas for examinations and procedures.
• Assist with patient weights and basic information.
• Maintain clean examination rooms, treatment areas, and equipment.
• Support front desk with check-ins, scheduling, and information.
• Process payments and assist with invoices and account questions.
• Coordinate communication between clients, staff, and veterinarians.
• Respond to emergencies and identify urgent situations.
