This split-position lets you support doctors and technicians while welcoming clients and their pets, handling exams, treatments, scheduling, and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle and restrain pets for exams and treatments
• Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas
• Assist doctors and technicians with appointments and procedures
• Collect patient histories and assist with client communication
• Check clients in and out and process payments
• Maintain accurate client and patient information
• Communicate with clients regarding appointments, services, and follow-up care
