Qualifications

• Previous veterinary assistant experience in general practice, specialty, or emergency settings.
• Excellent patient handling and restraint skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and technicians with examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Obtain histories and perform TPR measurements (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Restrain patients safely and compassionately.
• Support diagnostics, radiographs, lab sample collection, and in-house testing.
• Assist with surgical and dental procedures and monitor recovery.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Educate clients on preventive care and discharge instructions.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain equipment.

What You'll Do

• Assist veterinarians and credentialed technicians with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures
